BSOD (CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED) on login screen after PC boot up

Hi all! So in the past three days, every time I booted up my Windows 10 (only when I start my PC but not when restart), BSOD (CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED) always shows up during login screen.

I have tried update my Windows, drivers and uninstall antivirus, but no luck solving that. My Windows 10 version is 20H2.
I also have checked via Bluescreenview, all I know is that my BSOD is caused by ntoskrnl.exe.

Can anyone take a look up my BSOD dump files to identify the cause? Any help is appreciated!

"only when I start my PC"
Is the behavior the same when booting into Safe mode?

Hi, I just tested it and it didn't show BSOD when in Safe mode.
From my past three days experience, this BSOD only happens when my first boot up attempt of the day, it doesn't happen again later when I restart/ turn off completely and start the PC second attempt.

(Sorry if my English is bad)

    1) Run:

Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    2) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    chkdsk /b /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

    C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

    3) Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer.
Copy and paste into notepad > save to desktop > post into the thread using a one drive, drop box, or google drive share link:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10

    4) Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)
    HD Tune website
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

    5) Run Sea Tools for Windows
    long generic test
Post an image of the test result into the thread

    6) These steps / tests can be performed overnight:
    a) HD Tune full error scan
    b) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test
    c) Chkdsk /b /v

You're trying to address potential unknown devices or what's the goal with this driver update program? Because I don't really see why the focus is on drivers here considering why 0xEF crashes occur in general.

@riap0526, are you overclocking the RAM/is XMP enabled?
