    BSOD whea Uncorrectable err from usb


    This is my first pc build, built it last year, this has been happening for a few months now. My pc goes to the blue screen randomly. And now it's always stuck at 0%, so there are no dump files(at least that's what I think). I'm realizing that it usually happens when I have something else besides, mouse and wifi plugged into my USB's. This is driving me crazy I tried everything I'm capable of doing from looking online, but nothing fixes it.

    Back before it was getting stuck at 0% my blue screen error view pick up some things Screenshot-

    Anyway, I suspected not having enough power because my USB's would always just randomly stop working. I have the EVGA - W3 Series 450W ATX 12V/EPS 12V 80 Plus Power Supply.

    I also suspected ram but I did the windows diagnostics and got no errors.

    And I have never overclocked my pc. BUT when I open AMD ryzen master application, it's set to Precision boost overdrive ( not sure if that's some sort of overclocking?). So I reset the application to default and I noticed no blue screen. But every time I reset my pc, the master application goes back into Precision boost, so I would have to turn it off every time I get on my pc.

    Anyway, I need some help, its so annoying and kinda embarrassing how many time's my pc will crash after I spent so much on it.
