Can anyone offer some help with constant BSOD?

I own a Dell xps 15 9560 and for months (at least six) I've been getting the BSOD. It's almost always Video TDR failure and always GPU related. I recently upgraded the ram to 32gb and the hard drive to 2tb although the problem was there prior and still is even after a fresh Windows install with the new ssd. I managed about a week without crashing (albeit a bit slow) and then Windows Updated over the weekend and I can't run Lightroom or Photoshop without the BSOD again. I have the latest Studio driver for the GPU and Windows is fully up to date. Can somebody please help before I smash the pc up and give Apple a try?
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response. I'll give it a try tonight.

I updated the Intel drivers, ram the test, but didn't really know what i was doing if I'm honest. Tried Lightroom and Photoshop again and it ran great for about an hour, before it crashed. Since then I can't do anything, just getting constant crashes. Delll Support Assist software got involved, scanned the system then keeps doing a system restore when I start up. Tried to get a new log but it crashed and I've had enough for tonight.
