When I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics a few days ago, it stalled overnight with no progression. Stuck on one of the tests

I would like to help, but I'm working on the same problem. See "Bazaar System Shutdowns" for a list of the things I've tried that you might find helpful. If you have more that one memory module have you tried removing and testing one at a time? Good luck.

I installed a new stick of ram recently. I'm pretty sure it's the culprit. Gonna order 32GB of new ram and try it out. If my rig doesn't crash at all the first month I will know for sure

In that case, you could also try contact cleaner and reseating the memory module.

Ended up replacing my entire ram kit and the BSODs are still happening. Memory tests for both ram kits came back normal.

    Attached the latest BSODs dumps

You are talking about reseating the ram correct? I just replaced the whole kit. Although I suppose the board contacts might be a potential issue since it is happening with both ram kits. Not sure if I have use contact cleaner on the board itself
