Apps crash for no reason, and Windows do BSOD when in use - fresh inst

Windows 10 Pro: Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.867)

Now, its worth to mention that recently my PC went to the tech support due a faulty motherboard, the tech could not make it work, so i replaced it, all the other components were tested, and it was working before assembling the PC again.

A day after i got my PC, i was having a bit of trouble with some apps randomly closing for no apparent reason, my reasoning was that the new motherboard was conflicting with the already instaled drivers, so i made a Full reset (formated The HD and installed a fresh copy of windows), it all went well until it wasnt it

At first everything worked like normal, i updated everything the windows update had to offer, and started to download my apps (nothing uncommon, Steam, Discord, Firefox, Battle.net app, but for no reason apps started to close again, games installed through steam would just crash, hearthstone as well, Discord would "close" and go back to the "opening animation" and went back as normal, every few minutes, and every time around 1 to 3 hours of use, the system will crash in a blue screen

I have no idea what is causing, i looked at temp, and was normal, hovering around 40C while iddle, and 60C at heavy gaming, and since its a fresh install, i doubt this is software related, can anyone point me to the problem?

    Update:

Ok, after installing everything that @MrPepka said me to do the problem seens to be a LOT better, i spend all day yesterday and it was working flawless, but the problem came back in the morning, after a few minutes, i got a BSOD, but since them for a few hours now, its working normally, i will set the thread as "Solved" by now, since i dont have enough data, nor the timeframe to see if was only a random crash, or if it will be concurrent, if i have the problem again, will make another post, but again, Thanks for your help Mr Pepka

    Hello Brule,

Unfortunately, you are unlikely to get any further help for your system as it currently stands. The logs show that your windows installation has not been activated legally. Our form rules prevent us from helping when we see this.

If you can remove the illegal activation software, buy a genuine W10 product key to activate, and then resend a new set of logs we will be able to help.

Easy way to check if legally activated=Look for signs of a digital license.

Look for the message, "Windows is activated with a digital license" (or "licence" across the pond)
