A few days ago I checked Device Manager and there was at least one device with a yellow exclaimation mark. I uninstalled it and then ran Windows Update. There hasn't been a BSOD since. Hoping this fixed it.

Can you see anything in the logs I uploaded?

    Nice.

If there are no unexpected shutdowns and restarts or BSOD during the next 3 days you can mark the thread solved.

If there is an unexpected shutdown and restart or BSOD then post a new V2.

I started to get BSOD again. Actually, what was happening was Windows 10 was freezing without error after 5-10mins of booting. Sometimes I'd get a BSOD.

But, I've managed to solve the issue. The problem was the NVIDIA graphics driver. I was updating within Device Manager and it was saying it was the latest driver. The date on the driver was from May 2020. I downloaded the driver from NVIDIA's website and installed it. No issues at all since!

What method did you use to identify a misbehaving Nvidia GPU driver?

    Glad that it's resolved.

I didn't have a method for identifying the Nvidia graphics driver. I just read on another forum for a thread about freezes without error to try and update it.

It almost got to the point where I was thinking I had a hardware fault like a faulty capacity on the motherboard.
