New Links to V2 Logs and DM Logs

    Hi Ztruker,

I'm not too sure what's up! The zip folders are there and no expiry date placed on access to folders. OneDrive changed the links even though they're in a Public Folder. Strange!

    Here you go.

So far all collected logs displayed unexpected shutdowns and restarts.
    There were no BSOD seen.

If there are hangs or freezes requiring power offs > comment into thread

For any unexpected shutdowns and restarts or BSOD > run V2

    System Crash

    Hi zbook and All,

Thank you for taking the time to look at all the debugging information.

I've found a CBS.log file from the evening the system crashed.

    CBS.log Here

Many thanks to all. I'll monitor with the noted tool.

    Best, ms

Hi, there are few errors in cbs log that don't look like important or related to crash, and since your sfc command finishes without any errors it doesn't help much.

All of your onedrive logs are deleted, if you want some additional suggestions please re-run V2 log collector.

    @MissSherlock

The link zbook gave you also contains chipset and other drivers.

Unless I'm wrong you have mostly old drivers (except NVIDIA), please start with chipset driver, install it and reboot system.
Next install LAN and Audio driver and restart again.

    Motherboard BIOS and Drivers

    Hi zbook and zebal,

Thank you again for the help. I'm really nervous about updating my BIOS. Any advice would be most welcome.

ASUS TUF B550M-Plus (Wifi) motherboard. I checked my drivers in Device Manager and found the following:

    • Intel BT Driver 22.20.0.3
    • Intel Wifi 22.20.0.6
    • Realtek AD 6.0.9071.1
    • Realtek TUF LAN 10.42.526.2020

I don't see the AMD B550 Chipset Driver in Device Manager (any others missing). Although it's in Windows App programs installed.

Did it not install? Do I remove and re-install?

    With thanks,

BIOS updates may vary by manufacturer.
Consider opening a new thread to have somebody walk you through Asus upgrades.
