Were you able to try the second package on 3/16?

yeah it gave the same error

this is the same cbs from yesterday so tell me if I need to save another one from today after all the package commands

The cbs log was dated 3/15.
Please check again.

I checked and that's the only CBS log there. Is it possible to make a new one?
