    It's Windows RE, sorry.
Please use the prior command in the image results:
    it ended with: /format:list

    dism /image:W:\ /get-packages /format:list

The online command cannot be used in windows RE.

    dism /image:C:\ /get-packages /format:list
    or
    Dism /Image:C:\ /Get-Packages

Find the package(s) that were just installed by date.
Run the following command on the last installed package:

    example: dism.exe /image:C:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB4014329~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0
    Reboot.

These are examples for 32x and 64x:

    For 32-bit versions of Windows:

    dism.exe /image:c:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~16299.192.1.9

    For 64-bit versions of Windows:

    dism.exe /image:c:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.192.1.9

    Often packages cannot be uninstalled.

Wait, the packages have amd64 in them, which matches the 64-bit system. What do I need to do then?
