    We have not moved to ubuntu and are using windows 10 iso.

    Will you be able to post images of the commands and results into this thread?

    Do you have a second flash drive?

    What tools do you have?


    How did you attempt to uninstall updates?

    With the Windows 10 I click repair

    I go to this screen

    trying to uninstall both update options gives me this

    In the CMD I try these commands. I also have the image of my notepad log at the start of the thread.

    I'm going to bed soon.
    For approximately 5 hours I was available to help and there were no images posted.

    For future posts make sure that they are the next in sequence and not into an earlier post.

    Type:

    bcdedit /enum
    bcdedit | find "osdevice"

    View the partition drive letter for the next commands.

    dism /image:W:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
    (change W: to the partition drive letter displayed in the above command)
    Post the results

    reboot as needed




    Type:

    bcdedit /enum
    bcdedit | find "osdevice"


    dism /image:W:\ /get-packages /format:list
    (change W: to the partition drive letter displayed in the above command)

    Post the results



    Type:

    this comes up with bcdedit /enum

    after that I reboot and I'm sent back to the repair your computer screen, which continues the loop

    Just to clarify, doesn't deleting a partition remove all the data stored in it? Would I be losing the apps and data on my drive I did that?
