Hello, please visit site below, select operating system (Windows 10 x64) and download chipset driver:
ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING | ROG Strix | Gaming Motherboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global

Close down all programs, install chipset driver and reboot system.
Try to reproduce your problem again.

Do you have any of the Macrium programs installed?

One driver is causing stack overflow called "mrcbt", but I can't find anything related to BSOD:
Macrium Changed Block Tracker - KnowledgeBase v7.2 - Macrium Reflect Knowledgebase - KnowledgeBase v7.2 - Macrium Reflect Knowledgebase

Your BIOS is out of date by multiple versions that improve system stability, before updating BIOS, if you overclock anything return it to normal, and follow instructions from asus site to update BIOS.

You can find instruction in "FAQ" section (filter your search with BIOS / Firmware checkbox) you'll find documents for EZ-flash and BIOS update.
