New PC freezes

    New PC freezes


    So I just managed to complete my new build:
    Case: InWin Chopin
    PSU: came with case
    MB: ASRock A520M-ITX/ac
    CPU: Ryzen 4650G with stock cooler (Wraith Stealth without the plastic guard so it can fit)
    RAM: 16 GB G.Skill Flare X (F4-3200C14D-16GFX) in dual channel on 3200 MHz
    SSD: Samsung 970 EVO m.2 250 GB
    Storage: Crucial MX500 1TB
    OS: Win 10 Pro x64 - Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.844)

    I installed all the necessary drivers and programs.
    And now the PC is randomly freezing - only a forced reset helps.
    Any help please? :)

    Remove your graphics card & test with onboard video.

    Ok, thought so, but needed to be really sure.

    "amdkmdag amdkmdag amdkmdag Kernel Manual Stopped"
    amdkmdag is stopped, maybe it shouldn't be. It is listed in the dump file as the problem.

    Type service into search ( next to the start button ) Click on Services.

    - - - Updated - - -

    If you can't resolve the prolem, uninstall the driver & reinstall.

    AMD Driver Autodetect
    https://www.amd.com/en/support

    Now you are back online, once you have finished the above, upload SS ( screenshots ) of Device Manager. No need to expand the devices.

    About "amdkmdag" - I cannot find anything similar in Services at all.
    I did the uninstall as suggested, using the AMD Cleanup Utility, rebooted, then installed with AMD Driver Autodetect, and rebooted again. Will see now how it performs...
