    HP may request a run of HP UEFI hardware diagnostics.
    It can be updated (version 8.0.0.0) and ran overnight in extensive.

    What steps were required for the RMA?

    Was a hardware test required or only the BSOD history?

    Will they test and report findings or just replace the computer?

    And will the replacement be new or refurbished?

    Well, I added all tests that I did with MEMtest and HP Diagnostic tool + .dmp files on my computer. It was required to describe all issues that I got in the last days within 500 characters. I was able to choose, what warranty option I can choose between: Money return/Fixing laptop/Changing to the new laptop. I choose money return because if I'm able, I'll switch to another laptop, maybe some Asus TUF.

    Just pass sadly, didn't show even a single error. Tested each part on extended tests.

    After 14 days, i got return from HP> Turn our it was main board issue, they changed I'm, and its working.
