Help with Add Boot Option Laptop will not boot.

My system will not boot so I am unable to follow the BSOD instructions. This is a Dell Inspiron 3580 laptop, less than a year old. OS is Windows 10, I don't know the version. My laptop crashed after trying to use System Restore to correct a problem. The message was it could not be restored and booted into the BSOD: Your PC ran into a problem and needs to be restarted. The Stop Code: Critical Process Died. I tried turning the laptop off and on 3 times to see if it would boot. It would not. It just continues to boot to the BSOD message. After 4 times it goes into Diagnostics, which show nothing wrong. I have a backup usb (Aomei Backupper). It would not boot, so I went into Bios setup to see if the usb was in the right sequence. I went to the Boot Sequence screen. I am not familar with this screen. Windows Boot Manager is the only boot. I clicked on Add Boot Option and found 5 Boot Options. My USB was on top. I named boot option Flash. At the bottom under File Name I selected EFI>Microsoft>Boot>Font. Under Font there is a list of boot.ttf files. I have no idea which one to select. If I get this done, maybe I can boot into the usb. Any help on this will be appreciated.

Some pictures of what you're seeing in BIOS would be helpful.

That's why I suggested trying a different boot disk to see if it does the same thing.

Upload photos of everything relevant where you are looking, including any error messages.

Check the quality of the photos before posting.

Do you have access to another PC where you can confirm your bootable USB actually works/boots that PC?

The usb does not boot my pc.Let me get this straightened out and I will get back to you guys tomorrow.

Well I'm back. I was unable to make a bootable USB, but I did manage to make a bootable DVD. It worked on my PC and on my laptop, however my laptop would not boot after completing the Aomei restore process. It boots into Dell Support Assist (Pre-Boot System Performance Check), declares hardware is good, shuts down and cycles back to Dell Support Assist on reboot. Normally it would boot to my desktop.Thanks for any help.

Disable Attempt Legacy Boot in the bios.

Attempt Legacy Boot is disabled.
Windows Boot Manager is the only Boot Option showing. I tried to insert a photo of my BIOS screen, but I don't think it worked.
