In this screenshot, all you are running chkdsk on is the ramdrive assigned to X: drive.

Ok. I really do appreciate all of the input from everyone. One more question. After the clean install, do you think I can run my Aomei backup and restore the system?

I have no idea and suggest you look into using Macrium Reflect free which many/most of us here use/recommend.

After you do a clean install, make a MR backup before you try your AOMEI restore - perfect opportunity for you to test drive MR /cheers

You already have a backup image created with Aomei?

Yes, but system would not boot after restore.
