Steve, the last photo posted shows the added bootable media. The up and arrows create the boot order. With this I was able to do the Aomei system restore, but unfortunately the laptop wouldn't boot into Windows. The attached photo shows the bootable media at the top of the order. The only other list is when Add Boot Option is selected. It is in the photo also. This Settings screen is different from ones I have used in the past. I am also including a photo of my F12 key boot.Help with Add Boot Option Laptop will not boot.-boot-sequence-2.jpegHelp with Add Boot Option Laptop will not boot.-f12-key.jpeg

    theweav,
If you have another working PC, install MR, make a bootable MR Rescue USB, then boot this broken PC with the MR USB and try the repair option to see if you can boot into Windows. Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

If MR repair fails, I see UEFI is Enabled, maybe W10 was installed using Legacy.

Did you ever try Lazesoft, as per my post #2

Here is a video of how to select Legacy.

Even disabling Secure Boot may be enough.

I see a lot of GPT (UEFI) entries in the screenshot File System List. I would not expect to see so many.

    jmatt,
I'm pretty sure this unit came with UEFI installed. It hasn't been changed. What is that list with the GPT (UEFI)? What does it mean?
    I will look at Lazesoft.

Take pictures of what MR USB repair shows also please: v5: How to fix Windows boot problems (Restore, Windows PE)

GPT partition is what you expect on a UEFI install - I just don't know if so many items in the list is normal.
