BSOD on and off for months now

I built a pc late last year and have been having on and off BSOD issues. Specs are Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 3070 FE, Corsair Vengeance 2x8 3600, ASUS TUF X570 Pro, Western Digital Black 500 gb nvme, Western Digital 2 tb hdd, and EVGA supernova 750 GT. My original build had a Gigabyte motherboard, but I replaced that with the Asus one because I thought it was the issue. I have: ran my pc with a different gpu, different ram, and different hard drives and the issue remained, so I don't think any of those are the issue. I have also: ran memtest, windows memory diagnostic, sfc /scannow, ran chkdsk, and updated/reinstalled every driver I possibly can. I've also uninstalled all non essential applications. At one point I thought it was Corsair iCue software causing the issue, but after uninstalling it the pc still blue screened. Each BSOD points to the ntoskrnl.exe file but unfortunately I really can't tell anything based off that. I'm getting close to the point where I might just have to take my PC somewhere to hopefully be fixed and bite the bullet on cost. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Edit: Not sure if this is important, but I have a Corsair K70 keyboard, harpoon wireless mouse, and two AOC 24G2 monitors. Also, it seems to always happen when I'm doing menial tasks such as being on the internet or editing a word document. It never happens when I'm playing a game or streaming something.
