I have a problem with BSOD CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I don't have a dump file because when the BSOD happened, I can not use computer.
It keep on restarting PC then freeze and BSOD. And keep on like that.
After I dispart devices and re-install Windows 10 many times for bug testing and finally I remove SAMSUNG NMVe M.2 970 EVO >>> Everything go normal again.
I just wanna ask if someone have the same issue with this BSOD. It caused by Windows or by NVMe? Because I checkdisk and windows show No Errors Found so I am so confuse what cause that.

The problem is the dump file can not be created. The BSOD show CRITICAL PROCESS DIED and restart immediately. I go to System Event Viewers and it said “Create dump file failed”

Are you able to normal boot or boot into safe mode (shift + restart)?

    Summary:
    Errors:
    - My PC often has BSOD with code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED > And it restart automatictly > After restart, I go to Event Viewer and detail is: The dump file can't no be created.
    - Yesterday, windows started about 2-3 minutes > The PC go freeze and BSOD.
    - I can boot in safemode without error.
    - I try to normal boot > The windows error: "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click here to setup" > Click and nothing happened > Then safemode stuck at that "Something ... your PIN..." too.
    - Re-install a fresh windows on Samsung NVMe 970 EVO > freeze at startup still there.
    - Re-install a fresh windows on another SSD > Everything go normal!
    >>> So I thinks caused by NVMe. But don't know what is the right:
    1. NVMe error!?
    2. Mainboard error!?
    3. Windows 10 error with NVMe?
Just wanna ask if anyone have the same issue to determine the reason of this CRITICAL PROCESS DIED...

I install on SSD and it's ok. Then I buy another M.2 NVMe and install it in the botton slot M.2 of Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 and now have the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
