    BSOD after I leave computer on for a while


    Hello there
    I have uploaded the specs on the systeminfo (should be in my profile).
    Windows version: 18363.1379
    I am running into an issue, whenever I leave the computer on for a while or sometimes at random intervals when I turn on the screen, it shows a black screen, then it loses HDMI signal, the thing is, The computer is on, but not responding as I can't log on to my Plex or Teamviewer. If I use the normal HDMI (not my rx580) it still shows no signal. (I think the PC stops responding). I restart a few times, still no signal. I have to power off PC, plug in both HDMI ports (Motherboard and Rx580), then select the Motherboard one and then windows start, then i remove the motherboard one and the RX580 keeps working (till it freezes at random intervals).

    Here is what I tried:
    - Updating AMD drivers
    - Clean uninstall via safemode and removal of AMD driver including chipset and reinstallation
    - Clean installation of windows and installing everything from scratch.
    - Bios fully upgraded
    -Temps are all under 41 degrees Celcius

    I see alot of errors in event viewer, if someone could please help me in determining what is happening, greatly appreciate it.

    As a first step I would recommend that you remove the Gigabyte software, they have been known to cause crashes similar to yours. Once the Gigabyte software has been removed, see how your system performs and let me know.

    Please let a few more crashes occur, then rerun the log collector tool and upload a new zip to your onedrive. Let me know when it's uploaded to your onedrive.

    Here you go :)
    Now Iam having trouble wiht some restarts, it freezes on the loading circle and I have to do a hard manual restart.

    I tried to do windows memory diagnostic test and failed because of the freeezing.

    Edit: FOund the results The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected no errors

    Please run MemTest6 instead, download it from here: MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 and ARM Memory Testing Tool
    Instructions for the installation process on a USB device (it will erase all data on the USB): MemTest86 - Creating a MemTest86 boot disk in Windows
    Reboot your computer and before you see the Windows logo, press F12 to go to the boot menu. In the boot menu, choose the USB to boot from. The test should start automatically.

    MemTest86 will run for 4 passes max, but at least 8 are needed for conclusive results so MemTest86 should be run twice. If any error occurs you can stop the test as it's likely the RAM modules are causing the crashes.

    Greetings, thank you for your reply. I left my PC on safemode for 3 days "switching off and on thescreen and changing HDMI ports" and no freezes.

    Please try the following:
    • Open taskmanager
      • Go to the tab startup
      • disable everything

    • Search msconfig and open it
      • Go to the tab services
      • Check 'hide microsoft services'
      • Uncheck all other services
      • Click apply and click ok

    • Reboot if asked

    See if the problem persist, if the problem does not persist enable in the startup tab in taskmanager 1 item and in the services tab in msconfig also 1 service, reboot and see if the problem persist. Keep doing this until you find the culprit or there is nothing left.
    If the problem still persist during the clean boot let me know.

Whenever I let my computer idle for more than 10 minutes I get a BSOD with either MEMORY_MANAGEMENT or SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.59563
