    BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL caused by ntoskrnl.exe and ntkrnlmp.exe

    Hello,

I have been encountering BSOD for about 3 days now. I have done the best I could but the problem persists. I am now reaching out for help to the community.

Here are all the tests/actions that I have performed this far:

    1) Memtest - Ran 8 passes. Passed

    2) SFC /scannow - Passed

    3) Windows diagnostic Tool - Passed

    4) Performed chkdsk - Passed

    5) Updated BIOS

    6) Reinstalled Windows (Completely clean setup)
    -Windows 10 Pro

    7) Updated Windows to latest update

    8) Updated motherboard drivers from AMD Website
-2 of the BSOD has been resolved, but now there is a delayed BSOD.

    9) I am currently running Driver Verifier for all non-Microsoft drivers. It appears that anywhere between 30 mins to 4 hours of running, my system crashes and is caused by ntsokrnl.exe and ntkrnlmp.exe

Here is the link to my crash dump file:

    Here is my system information:

I am confirming my CPU and GPU is not overclocked.

Thank you so much for your time. I have tried everything I could do, but it is time for me to reach out for help.

Are you using XMP profiles? Have you changed RAM clocks, voltage or timings? Have you checked RAM in other slots and checked if it is the same with other RAM chips?

I am not using XMP profiles. I did not change the RAM clocks, voltage, or timings. The only troubleshooting I have done with the ram is running a memtest for 8 passes. Note: I encountered no errors during the memtest and both RAM chips were plugged in.

Update: I have turned DV off and did not encounter any BSOD the entire day yesterday, however, after I restarted my PC today, I encountered BSOD 3 times in the span of <3 hours.

Appeared to be caused by ntoskrnl.exe, nvlddkm.sys, and win32kfull.sys, in that order.

Here are the 3 new dump files: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

What do you advise I do next?

Looks like a CPU that should be tested with Prime95 with small FFTs.

Whenever possible we would like to improve the posting instructions.
How come the instructions were not followed?
What modifications do you think could be made to get nearly 100% compliance?
