Since I disabled the two drivers I had no more BSOD so far.
But this is not that unusual.. I will continue testing. :)
Hi,
I still received the same BSODs with the new mainboard and the two disabled drivers.
I did send in my CPU for replacement a month ago, but it came back today: "We tested it. It is fine." ... I don't know if I can trust their "testing" but okay.
I ordered a new PSU today (Corsair rm750x) and will continue testing.
On my list:
- Maybe reset the computer one more time. Clean install windows and no third party software what so ever except diagnostic software.
- Test on another electric socket, maybe something wrong there?
Any other ideas?
Thank you all so much to this point.. :) Without your help I would really despair.

Hey jmatt,
thank you for your answer! I will do as suggested once the PC is setup again (PSU will be delivered tomorrow or the day after). It was taken apart over the last month as I did send in the CPU.

Hey again,
my PC is back up and running with the new PSU. I've attached a screenshot of the reliability monitor.

Aaand I got a BSOD... memory.dmp is 2.2 GB

Next moves I've planned:
- Move the PC to another electric socket.
- After that, clean install windows again.
- After that, ordering a new CPU even though it was "tested" by my PC-parts-dealer when I did send it in
Glad for any advice :)

Update:
My new PSU just exploded... PC went out. without BSOD or anything, I tried to start it again.. BOOM.
Reinstalled my old PSU (Straight Power 11) and PC is up working again on another eletric socket...
Continue waiting for BSODs I guess.....
What does it say when you right click on Uner...... in your SS?
Google the clues.
Here is a start.
.blue screen 1031 - Google Search
Hi jmatt,
I googled about this BSOD 1031 but it seems to be very generic. I found various different reasons all found from people in dump files. One time its the graphicscard (can be excluded in my case because BSOD do happen with both graphicscards I used) another time it was an external firewall or some bluetooth driver causing this BSOD 1031.
...
I'm not getting anywhere either, going through other clues.
