3080 Extreme Black Screen Crashes

Since I got my 3080 Extreme I have been having random crashes that are preceded by video output to both my monitors ceasing. The black screen crashes have happened at idle, while watching videos and while gaming.

Windows Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1316)

Solutions I have tried but did not work.
- Set system to max power
- Nvidia power management to max
- Disable Gsync
- Try different Display ports (1 & 2 monitors)
- Disable hardware acceleration
- DDU drivers and reinstall
- Reseat the card
- Change cables
- Switch from F1 to F2 bios
- Updated all drivers and bios
- Uninstalled and reinstalled games
- Uninstalled iCue
- Other know good power supplies
- Memory check
- Replaced with 2080Ti, stable no issues

- Aorus x570 Master v1.0 F31 bios
- Aorus 3080 Extreme
- AMD 5800X
- G.SKILL Trident Z Neo Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) F4-3600C16D-32GTZN
- Corsair HX750
- Sabrent 1TB Rocket NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2
- Aorus FI27Q-P Monitors
- No overclock
- 3 independent GPU power cables
- Win 10 ver 1909 (build 18363.1316)

Typically not higher than 62°C, the CPU gets up to ~70°C

I've reseated several times and I use the Lian-Li GPU support, its very solid.

I have a Seasonic Prime TX-850 on the way. Someone else pointed out Aorus recommends 850W for the Extreme cards. It will have an extra CPU power cable.

No errors or event logs u could look for or share? Perhaps just under "Windows" notifications or using any system utilities that Windows likes to hide ..

Did this by any chance start after a "OC failure" or driver update u forgot about or auto dl'd , or hardware changes before hand? Any other precursor type weirdness?
