    Intermittent atikmdiag.sys Crashes

Windows Version: Win 10 Pro x64, Version 20H2, Build 19042.685

I have been getting 1-3 atikmdiag.sys crashes per month for at least the last 6 months. Otherwise the system is running well. HP Support Assistant reports my drivers are all up-to-date but the issue persists.

Thank for helping me solve this problem.

    MrPepka,
    Thank you for the instructions.

Using Intel's Driver Assistant I updated the HD 630 drivers. However, I did not update the Radeon drivers because Intel cautioned my system uses custom drivers provided by HP. The latest Intel driver is 25.20.15002.58 dated 01/10/2019 and the latest HP driver is 25.20.15008.2 dated 12/25/2018. I will stay with the HP driver unless you advise otherwise.

I successfully updated to the latest F.34A BIOS.

The system is stable. Tomorrow I will be running the full suite of work programs (Citrix Receiver, MS Office, SnagIt, stock charts, VOIP) and will hammer on the computer to see if I can force an error. I will update this thread at that time.
