BSOD not long after formatting my PC

I just got a BSOD with the message "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" on my Windows 10 PC. I formatted it a couple days ago. I was watching a stream when it happened. Any idea what might've happened?

Update or uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - check updates in program

Yeah, I figured. I remember one of the last things I saw before the BSOD was a notification Malwarebytes finished a scan. Maybe it's because I enabled scanning rootkits or something? Anyway, thanks.

EDIT: Should I mark it as solved already? Or wait some time to test this problem and only then mark it?
