Download CPU-z and run it. Then attach the SPD tab. This will show you what your RAM voltage needs to be set to for XMP to work correctly. Sometime the auto setup doesn't always work, then you have to manually sett the mhz and voltage and everything else stays on auto.
Here's mine, I have to up my RAM voltage to 1.65.

Yep....can you confirm in your BIOS that the voltage is set to 1.30 for 3000mhz. What does you BIOS say your RAM is actually running at?
I checked on Auto and it's running at 1.352v.
Didn't have to wait too long. Got some more. :/
