INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR After waking up computer from sleep

    Greetings,

4 days after I reinstalled my OS my PC starts to not turn on after it automatically sleeps but after I turning it, it works but when I check Event viewer it gives me critical error and it says INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR. Btw I've already update and reinstall my drivers, I'm not using NVMe SSD, and even check windows update. However, my PC works fine if it didn't sleep.

    My windows version is 20H2

    heres the log filesAttachment 313522

Thank you very much and I'm sorry for my bad english

    UPDATE

    The issue came back again

1 day after updating my bios as you suggested my pc sleep again after 30 mins without using it then it doesn't turn on using keyboard/mouse. I had to press the power button again after booting I've checked event viewer and BlueScreenView another INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR again. Yes I've could just turn off auto sleep but I wanted to know what causes it

    Thanks again

    Hello,

I have looked at the internal power error and explored the thread where it was processing the request. I can't see which driver was involved but it might be possible to explore more with the full memory dump. Please copy and share the file via Onedrive.

Can you please check to see if you have a C:\Windows\memory.dmp file and copy that to the folder too. Thanks!

Can you try removing the ESET antivirus and see if this makes any difference. Use Microsoft Defender while we are troubleshooting.
