    BSOD Crashes

    Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

Sorry for the new thread, but I was having issues earlier that was causing my PC to crash, however the crashes weren't BSODs and not creating dump files. The screens would just turn black and the system would restart.

Since then, I did a clean install of Windows and updated my Bios, but the problem still persists, but this time BSODs actually occurred. Using WhoCrashed, the BugCheck name is for SYSTEM_THREAD EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and that it is possibly caused by hidclass.sys or ntoskrnl.exe.
I verified my drives using HDTune and my ram sticks with Mempass86 and they all passed.
Thanks in advance for the help

All the crashes were generated by driver verifier and seem to relate to an interface device which I'm assuming is the logitech keyboard. For troubleshooting were you running with driver verifier (DV) enabled when these crashes were obtained? I can see that DV is now turned off.

Assuming that it has something to do with the keyboard can you uninstall the logitech G-Hub and drivers; replace with a generic keyboard & mouse and re-test. If it still happens with the generic devices you can re-install the logitech devices and we will need to find another cause.

Yes, I was trying to use Driver Verifier to see which driver might be malfunctioning. I will uninstall the G hub and the related drivers and use generic ones. I will post again if something else happens.

It seems the Logitech drivers were causing the previous BSODs after removing them and re-running DriverVerifier it does not BSOD anymore, but I am still experiencing some random crashes. The crashes don't seem to be generating any dump files. I also turned off automatic restart and the system will just hang when these crashes occur. I attached an image of Event Viewer but I don't think it provides much information. Could this possibly be some hardware issue?
