    Daily Crashes multiple times.

    Hello All,

I am hoping to get some assistance. I built a new pc last month, and I am at a loss. I have all updates, no bad drivers that I can tell, have ran memory tests with no issues but seem to still have multiple crashes daily. Often in will be irql_not_less_or_equal errors, but will change, I just had a "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION", earlier today "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", and before that a "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILUER". I have included my logs from the V2 log collector. I am currently on version 20H2, build 19042.685.

Thank you for the assistance in advance, Please advise.

That's better, thanks. Missing a file called Genuine.txt.

Please open Settings, Search for Activation then click on Activation Settings.

Use Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch to capture the activation information and post here please.

    Ztruker,

Out of caution I removed that, and the network file as to not display the license number, and my MAC addresses. If you need them I can send them to you directly, maybe with those 2 items redacted? I tried to send you a private message but it said that page was removed.

    Please advise.

There really is nothing in the file that needs to be redacted. Many, many thousands of people have uploaded that file with no question or problem.

Good enough though, thank you. I'll take a look at your data now.

The most recent dump shows a problem with e1r68x64.sys.
    Code:
    ffffea8b`6ec58c48 fffff804`6a025549Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\e1r68x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for e1r68x64.sys
     e1r68x64+0x15549
This belongs to Intel(R) PCI Express Network Adapter, dated June 15 2020

Looks like Intel has a newer driver available for Windows 10:

    Attachment 310840

Download it, then uninstall the current one and install the new one, see if that makes a difference.

    Ztruker,

Thank you for your assistance. I have uninstalled the driver, completed a restart, and during the shut down of the restart received a "CRITICAL_PROCEDSS_DIED" crash. Brought the unit back up, installed the driver, and will now wait and report back. Thank you for your help. It is much appreciated.

    Ztruker,

No more than 5 seconds after I posted my previous response to you it crashed again with another "irql_not_less_or_equal" LOL. I have ran new logs and uploaded. Please advise. Thanks.

Looks like the old driver is still installed, dated 6/15/2020.

Do the uninstall/install again but before you do that, disable Driver Updates.

See this tutorial by Shawn Brink: How to Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

That should keep the newer driver installed.

Just checked the driver on device manager and it shows as the new driver?
