Random BSODs multiple times a day

    Good morning,

My PC began experiencing period BSODs last week, accompanied by occasional non BSOD issues where the display would cut out and programs would display incorrectly, requiring a restart to correct. Initially I suspected the issue was my Nvidia drivers since I had recently updated them, so I rolled back to the previous version but the issue persisted. After a lot of googling, I've managed to get this dmp file and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what driver is causing these crashes.

    Windows OS Build 18363.1198

    Thank you!

    Hello AgentShades,

The most recent crash dump shows that you turned on Driver Verifier.

This has detected a malfunctioning driver: LSaiBus.sys dated Wed Apr 12 13:33:33 2017 which I believe is from Logitech (your webcam perhaps?).

Please update this driver and then continue running Driver Verifier for a further 24h to see if there are any other drivers detected with problems. After this you should turn Driver Verifier OFF.

Thanks for helping me! I've attempted to update the driver for the webcam, and device manager says I already have the best drivers for it installed. When I previously attempted to use Driver Verifier, it caused a crash loop whenever the computer restarted due to this driver (I assume) and I had to go into safe mode and disable Driver Verifier in order to successfully boot to Windows.

Other than my webcam I'm not aware of any other Logitech devices that my computer has installed on it. When I google LSaiBus.sys it tells me it might be a flight yoke driver. I do have a flight stick/throttle peripheral, however it was made by Saitek, not Logitech.

OK, Saitek do have drivers that have very similar names so it could be related. Please check Device Manager if your flight yoke appears there and see what drivers are installed.

The other thing i have noticed is that you often are low on virtual memory - do you do a lot of memory intensive tasks?

I think I have managed to find the flight stick in the device manager. I was not able to update the drivers, and since I don't use the flight stick nearly at all anymore, I uninstalled the drivers for it.

As far as virtual memory goes, I noticed recently my computer was saying it was running out of virtual memory while I was trying to play Red Dead Redemption 2. It's the only time I get vram issues and apparently it's a known issue. I should have 16 gigabytes of ram installed, and I did run memtest to see if they were at fault and the test found no errors with them.

See how things go for a while and report back. Upload new V2 log files if you get any more crashes.

Well I left my pc on overnight, which always meant it would BSOD before morning since this started happening. Everything was fine and I haven't had a crash since removing the flight stick drivers, so it looks like they were the culprit. Thanks so much for your help!
