After Memory Management BSOD, WIndows Now Stuck in Automatic Repair

Today when trying to boot my PC, it immediately made the Memory Management bluescreen. I waited for it to be over and tried to boot again and Windows went into Automatic Repair and will no longer go to Windows even after restarting. It always fails to boot.

I have had this bluescreen in the past. Every time it happened it happened immediately when booting into Windows, and has never occurred after booting into Windows partially, after being in Windows, or when the RAM is being completely used on Windows. It never has caused me to be unable to boot until today

I have SK Hynix SODIMM 2 x 8 GB. I am using an ASUS G20CB.

This is all the logs for SrtTrail and the only dmp file in my minidump. https://mega.nz/file/EoRSURIS#DGb5rfzl1ty6rfy9ZiZ6b65daxE1meYkTJpmnFdPy2Q

I can't get into Windows, so I do not know my version number, my apologies
PS: I tried to get the dmp I hope I got it, I can't access Windows to use the V2 collector so I just copied it out of Minidump

Thank you everyone for any help and I really appreciate everything and hope everyone stays safe.

The mini dump file was not able to be opened.

What are the status of the important computer files:
    a) files backed up to another drive or the cloud
    b) backed up images saved to another drive or the cloud
    c) no backed up files or images > files need to be saved
    d) no backed up files or images > files do not need to be saved

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Find 3 or 4 flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    2) Make tools that can be used to recover important files, test the drives, and troubleshoot

    3) On a working computer create:

    a) a new bootable windows 10 iso 20H2:

    c) Flash drive for Memtest86 and Sea Tools

    4) Run Memtest86 version 8.4 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

    Dear Zbook,
I have some questions for you before we begin and I dearly hope this doesn't disrupt your day.
I have two different operating systems - Fedora and Windows 10. Fedora is on an SSD that Windows (usually) cannot see, and Windows is on an HDD that Fedora (usually) cannot see. Do I still need to install Ubuntu on a flashdrive, or could I use Fedora?

Is there any way to fix Windows instead of reformatting it? I would greatly prefer to avoid reformatting.

I am using rEFInd for them to work together.
Will using the command you proposed at the very bottom ("lis par / det dis") delete anything? I am unfamiliar with these commands, I apologize if it's a very uneducated question.

I will run SeaTools and Memtest soon and post my results.

Stay safe and have a good day, thank you for your detailed reply.

All of the steps so far are diagnostic.

The diskpart commands and bcdedit commands are to find information about the drive:
    Disk
    Volume
    Partition
    bcdedit /enum all
    bcdedit | find "osdevice"

Using Ubuntu should allow in case it's needed:
    a) testing the Windows drive with HD Sentinel Linux (free version)
    b) backing up important files to another drive

For drive testing see if you can run Sea Tools USB.

The goal is to troubleshoot the boot failure without reinstalling Windows.
If troubleshooting fails then options are similar to reset save files or clean install.

    lis par = list partition
    det dis = detail disk

Fedora I've not used but if you are able to use it in a similar fashion as Ubuntu then that is an additional option.
Dual boot on one or two drives is another problem that may need to be troubleshooted.

For the diskpart commands add as needed for any other drive including USB:

    Code:
    sel dis 2
    det dis
    lis par
    sel par 1
    det par
    sel par 2
    det par
    sel par 3
    det par
    sel par 4
    det par
    sel par 5
    det par
    sel par 6
    det par
    sel dis 3
    det dis
    lis par
    sel par 1
    det par
    sel par 2
    det par
    sel par 3
    det par
    sel par 4
    det par
    sel par 5
    det par
    sel par 6
    det par

If Memtet86 or Sea Tools display hardware problems then replace hardware.

If the tests pass then the automatic repair may be able to be turned off to display the underlying error message and code.

Once disk, volume, and partition are known there are some troubleshooting steps that may be able to be performed related to failure to boot, operating system corruption, drive file system corruption, problems related to windows update, etc.

    Dear Zbook,
The ASUS G20CB Z-170D Motherboard does not support Linux normally, therefore does not support Tinycore, so does not support Seatools - it works, runs into errors, dies, comes back, then turns off my monitor display saying "OUT OF RANGE".
(the way I got Fedora to work is, only Fedora works sort of well on my Motherboard for some reason, it was on a verified list of working distros)
Is there another way I can run Seatools outside of a bootable USB that is running Linux?
    Thank you and stay safe.

When windows does not boot the methods to check the drive may include:

    a) Sea tools bootable
    b) Sea tools DOS
    c) ubuntu / linux bootable > hd Sentinel
    d) move the drive to an empty bay of another computer
    e) move the drive to a HD enclosure

    These are Sea Tools links:

    Dear Zbook,
Yes. Sadly, I cannot use Seatools.
Seatools Bootable uses Linux Tinycore, which is incompatible with my motherboard and crashes.Seatools DOS requires CDROM which I do not have. I can't get past Windows Automatic Repair, so I can't run Seatools for Windows, since it needs a working Windows. I can't find Seatools for Fedora or Debian, but if you know an equivalent hard drive scanning program that supports Fedora, I can use that to scan instead.
I hope you are doing well today. Thank you for your reply.Thankfully, I am not empty handed - I do have the results of my Memtest. I will post them here.

I tried to use the Image button like it said to in the link you sent me, but when I click on the checkmark, the images never appear.

    When available post images of:

    a) Memtest86 second run of 4 passes with text report

    b) bcdedit and diskpart commands with results

    c) see if you can move the drive to an empty bay of another computer or a HD enclosure for testing

    Dear Zbook,
The enclosed Imgur album has 8 passes in total - one 4 pass and another 4 pass, 0 errors on both passes and the log included was the only log I saw in the Memtest USB, sadly, before I wiped it to try SeaTools

I will try this today. Thank you.

I have a backup laptop but it doesn't fit in it sadly. The laptop is breaking internally as well, which might make it more confusing if I found a way to test using the laptop. Any other tool I can use that isn't SeaTools?

    Thank you and stay safe.

HD enclosures are inexpensive and turn an internal drive into an external drive.
Then software can be used to test the drive.

    https://www.amazon.com/Drive-Enclosu...node=160354011

They are available at best buy.
    Many cost < $20.

The HD enclosure can be skipped if you can boot Ubuntu / Linux and run a drive test such as:
