    Dear Zbook,
I used Hiren's Boot CD at the recommendation of another person to run SeaTools. It passed Long Generic Test with no bad sectors surprisingly. It also passed a short test and SMART test shows no bad sectors.

Here also attached is the partitions that were valid to be listed, and the SeaTools result at the very end. I tried to upload the images again but they just don't appear.
partition stuff and passed seatools - Album on Imgur

Thank you and stay safe. I appreciate everything so far.

    Dear Zbook,

I finally fixed it! Windows Update is what caused it. After all this and it was Windows Update. I am relieved, and also disappointed in Windows Update... I was really worried!

In case anyone ever reads this thread and has exhausted all other options, using an installation media to initiate an Uninstall Feature Update worked for me but it might not work for other people... it's worth a try though...

Every time I try to update it fails and reverts itself sometimes taking hours so until I figure out why it's doing that, I've turned off Windows Update.

Thank you for all of your help Zbook, you are a very kind person and I appreciate everything you've done to help me. You were really patient with me :) Have a nice rest of your day!
