There has only been one BSOD and I just wanted to know if someone can see why it happened. I will not be doing any demanding work on this unless it keeps happening more often.

    For Ccleaner uncheck:
    a) Memory Dumps
    b) Windows Log Files

Windows driver verifier is an efficient method in troubleshooting.
    Observation works too.

I completely forgot about the Reliability History, so thanks for that. One question. I have "automatically restart" turned off, but today when the BSOD happened the PC restarted after the memory dump got to 100%. What could cause that?

I will not yet use the Driver Verifier, unless the error happens again. Maybe it was just some unstable current or some radiation that flipped a bit somewhere.

The logs in the opening post displayed that automatically restart was checked.
Tuneup.bat modified the setting so that it's no longer checked.
(The windows default setting is checked and can reset during an upgrade)

With automatically restart checked it can be easy to miss BSOD.
    So it was unchecked.

With only one BSOD the monitoring period is unknown.

The logs were loaded with faulting application related to spd.exe
    So cFosSpeed was uninstalled.
There were multiple recent threads with cFosSpeed BSODs so it was uninstalled.

The thread can be marked solved if there are no BSOD in the next three days.
