    BSOD on new Ryzen build

    Hello.
    Build a new Ryzen 1700 16gb ram and i'm getting a bsod "memory management" once in a while.
    Never had a bsod playing a game only using Chrome, anyone can take a look?
    Here is the V2 Log Collector.

    Hi there. I'm curious why you chose a first gen Ryzen which is getting obsolete rather than a newer one.

    Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version available?

    For one-bit memory corruption the cause is most likely faulty RAM. Test your DDR4 module, follow this tutorial: MemTest86 v8.1 Free Memory Testing Tool Review
    We recommend that you test by selecting 4 passes and repeating the test immediately to give the equivalent of 8 passes. If you get any errors it is an indication the module is faulty and you can stop the test. You should then test the module in a different slot to make sure it was not the slot on the motherboard that was faulty.

    Post screen shots of the results.

    i'll let it run overnight for the 8 passes and post the results.

    Memtest86 free version will only do 4 passes, that's why Phil said to run it twice in succession.

    I downloaded/ran it recently and it kept going on its own - I stopped it on the 9th pass.

    Anything about memory timings and voltage?

    Run: GetMemoryConfiguration.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    Run the Crucial scanner to find replacement RAM options:

    Open the website for the motherboard manufacturer > view the Qualified Vendor List (QVL) > purchase new RAM on this list

    Confirm or modify this webpage:
    BIOSTAR :: Motherboard

    It is recommended that you do not use the same RAM manufacturer that had failed the hammer test.
