Can't Diagnose BSOD's, reinstalled windows all drivers installed

    Windows version: 1909

    Specs
    CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: ASUS Prime 570-P (Latest BIOS version installed)
    RAM: F4-3600C16D-16GTRG (2x8gb, DDR4-3600 cl16-16-16-36 1.35v)
Note: BSOD's happen at default mobo settings (CMOS resetted) and DOCP setting (AMD's version of XMP)
    GPU: NVIDIA ROG 1080
Storage device: Western Digital WD Blue SN550 Solid State Drive M.2 500 gb (OS install location)
    2 backup storage hard drives

Additional symptom (possibly related?): tons of "aw snap" errors multiple times a day on chrome (STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION)

Installed all drivers immediately after reinstalling Windows, no yellow exclamation marks in device manager, chipset drivers installed. BSODS still occur. Ran memtest86 with 4 passes, 0 errors.

I would greatly appreciate help, I was sent here from reddit, nobody knew over there. I'll attach the logs below using this forum's log collector.

Hey Steve, so there WAS an update available. Hopefully the update resolves the issue, I'm feeling optimistic.

    Thank you for the advice!

Maybe I should have created two separate posts, because I've got two problems. I doubt the BSOD's are related to Chrome and I've been trying to diagnose them for many many months with no luck. Hopefully someone is able to help me with those. I would list the BSOD errors, but I'm guessing the logs would reveal them.

    Thanks again,
    Skones

You're welcome Thanks for the update.

A BSOD expert will see this thread/post and help you with the BSOD issue when they come by or you can mark this one as solved and open a new one if you like.

    Hi Skones,

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Run: Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    2) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    3) Turn off Windows fast startup:

    4) Replace: rtwlanu.sys
    TP-Link Wireless USB Adapter

rtwlanu.sys Realtek RTLxxxxx Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter
    Used by different manufacturer's http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/

    5) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    4) By replace rtwlanu.sys do you mean replace the driver for my wireless network adapter? I've gone ahead and downloaded the following driver from the manufacturer, and installed it:
Download for Archer T3U Plus | TP-Link Australia

There are a bunch of drivers listed on the motherboard page, I've only installed the chipset driver and the new BIOS so far. When I get back from work I'll install all the other drivers.

    5) I just had another bsod

    1) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
    2) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website
    3) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.3.4 (or newer version if available)

So as I was booting into safe mode to uninstall the NVIDIA GPU drivers using DDU, I got a bluescreen, so just adding the logs here:
    MEMORY.dmp: MEMORY (1).DMP - Google Drive
    log v2: DESKTOP-K29B4JD-(2020-10-22_17-07-16).zip - Google Drive

After rebooting into safe mode a second time, I was able to use DDU to uninstall GPU.
I downloaded drivers from nvidia, successfully installed GPU driver with physx (left HD audio driver and GeForce Experience software unchecked)

Another thing I'm kind of curious of... My BIOS is set to all default values, and it seems like it has the wrong values.. I'm not sure if I'm reading it right though.
Like my RAM is 16-16-16-16-36 1.5v and this is what my BIOS automatic values are:

Read these links on Windows driver verifier:

    a) learn how to use the Windows Recovery Environment (RE) commands: reset and bootmode to turn off the tool

    b) do not use the tool until it is communicated in the thread
