Getting BSODs with various error codes

    Windows 10 Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.572)

Link to the past several dump files: DESKTOP-111I10D-(2020-10-16_20-17-23).zip - Google Drive

Windows 10 has been crashing quite often since the the 2004 update.

Crashes have occurred while on zoom calls, when gaming, and once when waking PC up from sleep. There isn't anything that I can do to reliably replicate the crashes. I have already used Windows Update to get the latest updates. I have also updated the drivers for all the parts that I can think to update.

I have already run Memtest86 and there were no errors reported.

Parts list in case it matters:

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM SE 63 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE ATX AM4 Motherboard
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB Founders Edition Video Card

    Hello and welcome to TenForums

I can see you have already explored a number of possible solutions. Looking at your history of crashes and some of the error logs I believe you have a combination of issues.

There are some hardware errors occurring that are not leading to BSODs but are suggesting there may be either a problem device attached to the motherboard or a problem with the motherboard bus drivers. 53 events like the one below were logged.

    Attachment 302245

There are a number of software utilities that you have installed that have been known to cause BSODs in the past.

Please can you temporarily uninstall the MSI One Dragon Software and see if this helps.

Thank you for the response! I will uninstall this program and report back with new logs if the crashes continue. I also realized that I have not updated the various drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website so I will try that as well.

I uninstalled the MSI One Dragon Software and updated drivers from the manufacturer's website for the chipset and the audio drivers. I also ran a stress test on the GPU and CPU with no issues.

Just a few minutes ago I got another crash while the PC was just sitting there. No one was using it at the time. The PC is set to go to sleep after 60 minutes of not being used, and it might have been right around 60 minutes when the crash occurred. I do not know if that would have anything to do with the crash, but the more info the better I suppose.

I have updated the BIOS. If the crashes continue I will update this thread again, if not I will mark as solved. Thank you very much for your time!

The crashes are continuing without much change. I flashed the new BIOS and updated the drivers for the chipset but it doesn't seem to have helped any.

That is an insidious little program. I did uninstall the Dragon Center portion but it left parts like the SDK in a state where I am getting an error when trying to remove them with the Windows App manager. I am just going to reinstall Windows so I can be sure that it is all gone. I will report back if the crashes persist after the reinstall.

Thank you all again for your time and help with this.

You're welcome. Looking forward to seeing how things are after the reinstall.

The crashes have continued, but not as often as before the reinstall. New logs are here: DESKTOP-111I10D-(2020-11-01_06-33-09).zip - Google Drive

I have also realized that for quite a while, when playing various video games, the games would crash quite often seemingly at random. The whole system does not crash, but the game I was playing would crash to desktop. This doesn't just happen on graphically intense games, it seems to happen to most games on the system. Don't know if that might be another clue to the issue or not.
