BSOD on shutdown or restart (Page error in non paged area)

Hello, recently I have encountered an issue where BSOD's occur on shutdown and restart. It happens everytime with no exceptions. Im very tech illiterate and am not sure what other information should be provided but I am happy to accommodate.

Windows version: 2004 (OS Build 19041.508)

Link to log collector file: TURDFERGUSON-(2020-10-15_21-13-06).zip - Google Drive

Link to Cbs.txt file: cbs ...txt - Google Drive

    A little more info:
The pc is used almost exclusively for gaming, nothing to demanding mostly older games. As of recent, I have noticed a drop in the processing power. Such as longer loading times for menial tasks. Corrupt files have become a common occurrence, most easy to fix while some taking more attention to alleviate. Specifically steam game files have become corrupted for the same game sometimes on consecutive days.

As I think of more stuff I will edited the post accordingly. If I'm just rambling and this information is not useful, feel free to tell me to stop. :)

Hello @UnsafestRope and Welcome to tenforums.
let's eliminate the easy - turn off fast startup if it's on Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10

Then shutdown, power up, restart, etc and advise if it's still happening.

Hi Steve, I have fast boot disabled in my bios and after selecting "change settings that are currently unavailable" in control panel fast boot does not appear as an option.

I've looked at the crash dump files and all are consistent with the same error.

    Code:
    BugCheck 50, {ffffffffffffffd0, 2, fffff8025aedff26, 2}
    Probably caused by: UsbCharger.sys ( UsbCharger+1681 )

In each case the crash is triggered by the Gigabyte USB Charger driver which is an old version from 2013:

    UsbCharger.sys Mon May 6 03:27:09 2013 (518714FD)
    Gigabyte On/Off Charger Driver

Either remove the software or see if you can update the driver to a newer improved version.

You will find this and many other drivers and also the BIOS that can be updated from the motherboard website:
    https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z87X-UD4H-rev-1x/support#support-dl-utility

Before rushing to update everything just do the USBCharger.sys driver first and see if the system stabilises. Then if all is well you can decide if you want to update the rest - sometimes it is best to leave things as they are if it is working OK. The newer W10 will automatically be checking for updates that are needed and they will appear as optional updates when you check in the Settings for Windows Updates.

I proceeded with the uninstall of on_off charge 2 b13.0505.1 but some files along with registry entries are still in location. When attempting to install the update both prior to and after the uninstall I got the message:
"Error: -1603 fatal error during installation"

If possible can you guide me on the proper uninstallation procedure for this type of file.

Usually you can uninstall from the Apps and features menu in Settings. If this did not completely remove everything it may still have removed enough to prevent the problem BSOD.

If you still feel you need to remove the other traces my recommendation would be to try a software removal tool such as Revo Uninstaller. I have heard good reports of it although I have not used it myself.

Tried revo uninstaller and that seemed to fully remove it. No more BSOD's, YAY!

    Thanks everyone for your help!
