    I logged out and then copied BOTH URLs you posted into Chrome as a test for you.

    Like you, the first one WORKS, and the second one does NOT.

    The URL was copied from the link at the bottom of the following post:

    After I log out, "Tuneup_plus_log.bat" cannot be downloaded, while "Tuneup_plus_log.zip" can.

    Maybe use RED to make it stand out more for those that just skip reading instructions.
