An Eleven Forum member who is not a Ten Forums member cannot download a batch script from Ten Forums. However, if a batch script is in a ZIP file, the ZIP file can be downloaded by non-members. Log out of Ten Forums and see whether you can download the ZIP file attached below.

I have tested that for you Matthew, and that is NOT the case for me.

That is weird. I can download the ZIP file after logging out of Ten Forums on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Please log out again and then click on the following link:

See whether you can download it. Also try to download the attachment to the following post:

I only have Chrome. I logged out and I WAS able to download the ZIP file, unZIP it, and run the BAT file.

It did NOT work. When I tried to download the file in the post, I got the same as my screenshot above.

    URL 2: https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/bsod-crashes-debugging/357081-post-problem-reports-here-batch-files-use-bsod-debugging-testing.zip

Both URLs refer to the same ZIP file. After I log out, URL 1 still works, while URL 2 does not.
