You don't need malware to modify a batch script.

If a bat script is posted in resources on either WQ or EF can someone modify (add, subtract, or replace parts of the scrip)?
    For example any malware?
    Normally, Malware infects EXE files.
If an malware modified the script, it should be an ransomware.

An another way: Block edit access of it with everyone, including you. Do this after you Tested the batch file.

I ran it. A PowerShell window opened and then closed immediately. Nothing else happened.

    This one:

    Collect_logs_from_Event_Viewer.bat
Reading it to Notepad is granted, but editing it in another way will result to an error.

    /edit
    This one:
    Collect_logs_from_Event_Viewer.zip
    Extract the files.

    Code:
    Usage: Obfuscate filename.bat
