Simply put, the auxiliary verb "had" is optional before the main verb "output".
Perhaps @dalchina, an experienced native English teacher, is in a position to either confirm or deny it.
If the past perfect is preferable, I can put "had" back.

as the first had the following output or as the first displayed:

Let's see how it looks with the URL.

See if it is possible to eliminate the horizontal scroll bar.

Then what do you want? Showing the URL in the message box?

[...] as the first output the following:

In the above subordinate clause, the word "output" is the simple past of the verb "output".
In the following clause, the finite verb "had output" is the past perfect form.
[...] as the first had output the following:

In this context, I think both the simple past and the past perfect are correct.

-- Matthew, the problem I have is determining the context... i.e. what it is that is to be described or stated.

The script will run 16 commands one after another.
The first and the fourth are the same command: SFC /ScanNow
If the first "SFC /ScanNow" produces the following output, the second "SFC /ScanNow" will be skipped.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    @Paul Black, @Try3, @Ztruker, @jbcarreon123, and @KeithM,

Does any one of you know a way to neatly separate the long output of the following command?

WMIC recoveros set autoreboot = false

Somehow delims= does not work in this case.

@Matthew Wai - I'd leave the text as is. i.e.

as the first output the following:

I understand what you're thinking about the action of the first command having been completed prior to the second, but on grounds both of common usage and of the immediate sequence of actions (this happened then that happened) what you have is fine.

Re-directing the output to an text or log file in the %tmp% folder, and open it after execution of the command

Or, using an another CMD window to output.
I have an prototype batch file to use here.
    Quick explanation:
It creates an 2 files in the %temp% folder.
An output.log file, (which is the output)
And an ready.log file. (Which is the file that dictates on to the target CMD window to output the output.log file: 0 is not ready [not ready, it will wait] and 1 is ready [it will output the output.log file])

Can you write a script which only runs the said command and does what you have said above?
zbook wants the long output separated into two lines.
The output includes variables such as the computer name, the Windows name, and the partition path.
