There was/were earlier questions on the names / dates for live kernel dumps.
The link was informational only.

The code has been simplified in the attached version. Note that the operations will fail as long as the dump file path contains a space.

The OP cannot find the ZIP file in %Temp%. I suggest putting the ZIP file onto the desktop.
