BSOD on first boot after clean install with AX58BT

Why do I get BSOD related to netwtw08.sys during the first boot phase after clean reinstall of Windows 10 v2004 from bootable installation media created with Media Creation Tool if I have ASUS PCE-AX58BT Wi-Fi-6 adapter installed on the ASUS Z390 Maximus XI Hero Wi-Fi motherboard which has Wi-Fi 5 built-in? I'm unable to collect logs and dumps because after the first BSOD Windows goes into a reboot loop that says installation cannot proceed and prompts to restart the installation. I had to restore the previous disk image backup and that erases all the log and dump files. Clean install only works if I either disable the onboard Wi-Fi through BIOS or remove the Wi-Fi 6 add-on card?

Disabling the on-board WiFi seems to be a sensible thing to do if you are adding a new WiFi card. Does the system continue to work satisfactorily with the on-board wifi disabled? You may need to also remove the device and drivers from within Device Manager (make sure you show all Hidden Devices when doing this).
