BSOD when running Task Manager and clicking Perforance tab

Since today I have begun getting the BSOD reliably, every time I click on the Performance tab of the Task Manager. The text of the dump screen is Stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I note someone posted the exact query here a few months ago but seemed to refuse to post their logs for scrutiny and so wasn't helped.

The background to my issue is that I was having an issue with the laptop camera not working with Skype and Teams so this morning I applied multiple windows updates and a camera hardware update. Mind you I didn't specifically run the Task Manager on the Performance tab before doing those so I can't say they definitely caused the issue. Now the camera works well with Skype and Teams but I can't check the PC performance on Task Manager.

The system is Windows 10 update 2004, Lenovo T440s i7 lappy. I have posted my debug files here . Hoping someone can give me a hint as to where to look without having to do a system restore.

BSODs seem to be video driver related.
You have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M Ver 398.36 dated 24/06/2018

Ver 425.31 dated 2019.4.11 is available.

Remove and install latest Nvidia drivers:

Get the latest driver for your Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads
Completely uninstall the current Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do this in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the Nvidia Graphics and PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

Thanks for that Ztruker, I don't have access to the machine until Friday but I'll do that. In the past when I've tried to install NVIDIA drivers from their site I've run into problems because they say this is an OEM version and drivers must be downoaded from the manufacturer's website. But I'll give it a go. Cheers.

    Who says this?

I've never had a problem installing drivers from the Nvidia site.

Make sure you use DDU as described.

Ah sorry, NVIDIA works. It's the Intel site I've had problems with installing drivers from onto laptops.

And thanks heaps for the directions Ztruker, I followed the instructions and it is all working again now.
