A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential

    Not a normal BSOD
Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Build 20190
First, this GSOD (Green) first happened when I opened a link on an email to make a payment to Discover.com
Came in every time I tried it got the BSOD but I ignored it and continues to use the PC with no problems for the next couple days using almost all resources.

I use TeamVIewer Free as a volunteer to a seniors group in my Condo to help with there problems.
Using TeamViewer for the first time since getting the "Discover.com BSOD, I got the same thing.
Been fooling with it for a number of days and find I only get this when I try to access that particular Discover link and Teamviewer from this PC.
I'm only concerned with Teamviewer since I paid Discover on another PC and no other links in emails fail.

    Event Viewer showed this:
"A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013. The SSPI client process is svchost (PID: 4584)."

Since this started many days ago, there have been numerous strings of this same error without any BOSD and the PC not being used. with some different PID's
The BSOD , however, still comes in and prevents Teamvierer from running.

I found all sorts of resolutions, most involving a Registry change in .NET.... which I wasn't able to do since it didn't match my settings.
    Pete

A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.
I was getting these errors also. Hundreds or more of them.
But then I discovered that TeamViewer_Service.exe was running even though I was not currently using it.
It is not set to run at startup and is not running in the tray.

I closed TeamViewer_Service.exe in Task Manager and the errors stopped for a little while, but then they started again. I went back into Task Manager and TeamViewer_Service.exe was running again.

So, at this point, I am trying to stop this executable from automatically running.

Edit: I have now disabled the TeamViewer Service. So, that should stop it.
I am just not sure if I would be better off setting it to "Manual" rather than "Disabled".

Here is a bit of information that I found about TeamViewer_Service.exe.

I'm still getting multiples of the same error and, yes, teamviewer_services.exe is running.
The BSOD I associated with it has cleared apparently with one of the W-10 updates and I'm able to use TM and can open the other affected links without problem.
    Who knows?
