Freezing and now ndis.sys BSOD followed by netio.sys BSOD

Over the past month or so I've been getting freezes for about 15-30 seconds, it happens relatively randomly.

    Specs:
    32GB RAM
    Ryzen 5 2600
    ASUS B450 Strix F

I had ESET installed, which seems to have replaced the ndis.sys BSOD or with netio.sys.
Any time it froze, if I disconnected the ethernet cable from my PC, it immediately unfreezes.
    Build is Version 10.0.18363.997

    Logs are attached. Attachment 290700

    8/1 dump shows a problem with e1r68x64.sys.
    Code:
    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc000001d, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80616c011c1, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff80614191400, Parameter 0 of the exception
    Arg4: fffff80616784cf0, Parameter 1 of the exception

    Debugging Details:
    ------------------

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for e1r68x64.sys
    Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection 5/9/2019 7:50:01 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\e1r68x64.sys

Looks like you have the latest driver from ASUS for your board. You can try downloading the driver again, then uninstalling the current driver and installing the newly downloaded driver, see if that makes any difference.

The 7/30 dump indicates a problem with nvlddmkm.sys.
    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
    0: kd> !analyze -v

    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M (1000007f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault).
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000008, EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT
    Arg2: fffff8012b082e70
    Arg3: 000000000064f042
    Arg4: fffff80134bdffc3
    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm

        Information from resource tables:
There is a newer Nvidia 1060 driver on the Nvidia website.

Remove and install latest Nvidia drivers:

Get the latest driver for your Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads
Completely uninstall the current Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do this in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the Nvidia Graphics and PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.
