    Hi Jurien,

I would like to know why you attached the zip you downloaded. There are files inside this zip that you should run to generate log files that we need.

No worries, I am genuinely curious.

We've noticed more people do the same thing and are wondering why so we can improve the posting instructions.

From what it looks like, you mostly had the exact same crash. Presumably an invalid address was used when the Qualcomm driver was trying to get the NDIS driver to associate a scatter/gather list with the buffer to perform a DMA request.

This driver is officially not compatible with Windows 10 because it's date is 2 years before Windows 10 was released in 2015.

It does not appear that Gigabyte provides network drivers for Windows 10, try the drivers Gigabyte provides for Windows 8.1 instead, if you already have them I would recommend to reinstall them.

I simply selected the wrong file. My mistake. Not fully awake yet

Appreciate your answer, but I have no idea how I can get the Gigabyte drivers provided for Windows 8.1 instead.
This pc was originally Windows 8. Then upgraded/updated every time. Windows 8.1 then Windows 10.
Refreshed or newly installed it, I don't know how long ago, while I had Windows 10.

I do not know the exact revision of your motherboard, if you don't know open your computer and check the motherboard. It should be showing in the corner near the GPU slots.

Then check GA-Z77X-D3H (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global, change the rev if necessary, select Windows 8.1 and download the LAN drivers.

    Really appreciate the help.
I know how to turn on and off my PC, that's about it.
Opening sure, but no idea what to look for.
I downloaded those LAN drivers, seems it is a newer version than the ones installed, if I am not mistaking.

I need to click the .exe file I downloaded and hope for the best?
Don't want to do anything wrong...

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc. If there's anything you don't know, leave it out.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
