Fairly New PC - random BSOD crashes - x00109 occurs often

Just built this PC about about a week ago. Currently on Windows 10, version 10.0.19041.

I had some BSODs early on after overclocking my CPU. After returning the CPU to its default, I had 2 days without any blue screens as per the Reliability Monitor. I updated some drivers through Driver Booster yesterday but I'm not sure if it updated them all. I woke up today with a message saying the PC didn't start correctly at noon (after shutting down around 6am, about 30 minutes after I got off) which is the first time that's happened. I've tried reseating the RAM and only run one at a time with no luck of booting normally. I keep getting stuck at the Aorus motherboard screen so I'm currently on Safe Mode. I've attached the dump below.

I think it's important to note that I hooked up my old HDD yesterday to try to move some files over but didn't end up moving any since I couldn't get into the Desktop on that drive. I disconnected the HDD with no issues and went through normal PC tasks until I went to bed (playing games, watching streams, using Discord, making music on Ableton, etc.).

I also see in my Reliability Monitor that after I got off of the computer last night, Windows updated - "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.321.255.0)"

So I decided to go through the Windows Startup Repair just to try my luck. It took an hour the first time and it came back with a "Boot Failure Detected". I went into the BIOS and made sure that my boot drive was my Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB and it was. I then tried to boot normally but I got stuck in a loop again. I did Windows Startup Repair again and I got a DRIVER_STATE_POWER_FAILURE BSOD (first time I've gotten it) after 30 or so minutes. Now I'm back on Windows Safe Mode. Here is nother error dump just in case it has anything about that new BSOD. It is acting completely normal on Windows Safe Mode.
