Whats causing my BSODs - Drivers or Hardware related?

    Windows 10 Pro Version: 1909 (18363.997)

I have no CPU or GPU overclocks (RAM is running XMP). BSODs seem to be random. First it would happen after a week now it happens after 1 or 2 days. As i encountered one today, maybe the next one will be in a week, i dont know? When i first built my PC which was a year ago i had no issues but now after what it seems to be 10 months i am starting to get issues. I ran an application called 'BlueScreenView' which tells me that each DUMP file (generated by BSODs) have bug checks that relate to 'MEMORY_MANAGEMENT' and 'SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION'. I ran memtest86 to see if any errors would show up upon stressing the RAM, however there were none. I Tested with the RAM running at 2400MHz and at 3000MHz (XMP) using the free version. It passed 4 consecutive tests.

(dont know if this is relevant but when using chrome sometimes the tabs crash but not the browser itself. The error says 'STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION'. a simple refresh of the tab fixes this. I've just never encountered this before and thought it might be relevant)

I have attached the V2 log collector zip folder below. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry, but you have an illegally activated (KMS) Windows 10 Pro. Please get it legally activated and we'll be happy to try and help you.
