WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR stuck at 0%
Dear community,
For a couple of days now I'm facing this WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSOD. So far I only noticed this issue when I am gaming. After a while the system crashed with this BSOD. It could happen any time, after 10 minutes of gaming or 1 hour or more.
I disabled the auto-reboot after BSOD because I noticed it wasn't leaving any crash dump. By doing that I realized that when the error is thrown, the dump generation stays at 0%.
I ran the following on my computer and all the checks came back with no errors whatsoever:
- Windows Memory Diagnostic
- sfc /scannow
- chkdsk
- memtest86 on the 4 sticks
- 3DMark stress test
- AIDA64 CPU/RAM/GPU/HDD stress tests as well
both stress tests didn't trigger system crash
By checking in different forums this is what I have done as well as changes in my system:
- in the power management, I changed the minimum and maximum value to the CPU state to 99% for both, changed nothing, I keep getting BSODs
- in the BIOS I disabled the CPU boost feature, brought some improvements but can't say for sure
My windows version is the 19041.388 build of Windows 10 Pro
Joint to this thread you can find my V2 log collector but I can't provide crash dumps as they are not generated.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you for your time :)
