    I'd like to point out that this isn't the BSOD. It's a light blue screen when I shut down. After I reboot, will the V2 tool still be of any value?

    I noticed your thread topic included BSOD in the title, and you posted in the BSOD forum.

    V2 can be very helpful in other troubleshooting situations.

    It collects a lot of system information, BSOD or no BSOD.

    I would run it and post the zip file results.
